Filthiest hotel ever

I booked accommodation for in this hotel, it was the most horrible stay we have ever experienced. There was a group of school kids and their teachers booked in the hotel and they were making noise day and night. We hardly slept peacefully, they were screaming, drunk and throwing garbage all over the hotel. I complained to reception about this and the lady that I spoke to was so rude and unwilling to put a stop to this. The rooms inside were also very filthy, there were not towels inside our rooms, I asked reception for towels and they told me the stuff that puts towels has knocked off already and there is nothing they can do. There was papers and ******* under the beds, the dust was all over inside the rooms and we were all sneezing and coughing. I asked the lady to clean properly and to vacuum the capert but it all fell on deaf ears. The tv in our other room was not working and I reported it to reception and they sent someone to fix it, this man had the most horrible attitude, he didn't greet and just asked why we don't fix the tv ourselves. The breakfast was also very bad. Actually there was nothing that lived up to the price I paid in staying in this hotel.
