DO NOT JOIN. BIGGEST **** EVER!

My wife and I paid +/- R60000 for what was advertised as a timeshare for life. Since the payment and signing of contract, we have never received any communication from them. We sent a list of dates for bookings, no response. When we call, you are met by a rude person who does not even listen to what you are requesting. Then, you eventually get to the person handling the bookings and you try email them to book for dates and they completely ignore your rewuests. The booking system is impossible, I really don't know why we paid for this. We requested for a cancellation and refund. Still no response. We are forced to follow the legal route.
