Cancellation not honoured and deposit not refundend

<p>I signed up with Goodersoons on the 28th December and they took a deposit of R600.00 from me. I decided to cancel the contract a few days later and they now tell me they wont be refunding the deposit because there is a clause that says it should be done in 5 days. When we were approached we were presented verbally in hour with the deatils of the contract and nowhere was it mentioned. When we were about to sign we were told everything we have been told was in the contract.</p>
