Bad service

BAD SERVICE Made a booking which was confirmed and PAID for way before check in date. We were treated as ********s and waited for check-in for about 2hrs when we had a 70yr old waiting in the car. We were forced to book an extra chalet or cancel the paid booking for 2 chalets and forfeit the money. What is written online is totally different from what you are told on arrival.
