****** Invasion at Drakensberg Gardens

Woken up this morning, by a troop of ******s, from Alpha male to females and babies, trying to get in through the windows to get food and frightened our grandchildren who were screaming and terrified at No 8 Riverbend - Drakensberg Gardens. We bought this timeshare many years ago with the intention of bringing our grandchildren to the mountains where they can roam free, which they cannot do in their Urban homes. We now cannot do this as the ******s are terrifying timeshare clients and running riot in the resort. This issue has been brought to the notice of Management over a period of two years and despite numerous promises to sort out the ****** issue nothing has been done. This is very sad because as a family we have been coming here for over 25 years. Not only are we Timeshare owners at Riverbend we are Timeshare owners at Fairways which is on the same resort. Our extended family has over 5 weeks of timeshare at Riverbend and Fairways resorts. Not only is this problem ours, many of our friends and relations have resorted to selling their timeshare because of this. We have other timeshare weeks in the same area, and they do not have any issues with ******s. We are seriously looking at selling our timeshare as we cannot continue living behind locked windows and doors in the heat of summer to keep the ******s out. We would like a response from senior management at Gooderson Leisure Group and what they are going to do about this.
