Debt review form 17.7

Hi hope you are well I logging a complaint against GOODCREDITTWENTY. They have assisted me in terms of debt review removal and issued the clearance certificate now the main issue here is to get the debt review form 17.7 from them, I made several e mails, calls and even messages but they don't get back to me. I have made a pension-backed housing loan application with STD Bank now is pending due to that document of which I have explained to them my situation as I need to finish my house.
