Cant help me on requested date yet confirmed bookn

Why confirm my appointment when i have just been told that i cant have my 12 week scan today. I wanted this today because its my wedding anniversary,they saying i can only have it tomorrow, if i cant have it today then im not coming in tomorrow. Ill go to another dr.<br> <br> DO NOT CONFIRM PEOPLE'S APPOINTMENT IF YOU CANT HELP THEM ON THE REQUESTED DATE.
