No Service / Faulty Equipment

My Company purchased a 8kva Kipor Generator from Goodall industrial on Bryan's commendation, we paid 50 % upfront and after a month we paid the final 50% on delivery.<br> 13-05-2015 Collect Generator<br> 13-05-2015 Return Generator to Goodall ( Over Filled with Oil by Goodall )<br> 14-05-2015 Collect Generator <br> 20-06-2015 Generator Faulty wont produce power.<br> 22-06-2015 Return Generator to Goodall<br> 30-07-2015 Call Goodall as no feedback, Awaiting instruction from supplier to strip generator<br> 07-07-2015 Call Goodall as no feedback, Awaiting spares from supplier<br> 16-07-2015 Call Goodall as no feedback, no feedback <br> <br> <br> We have only had 6 hours running time from the unit in the last two months, as the rest of the time it has been back with Goodall as it does not want to run as it should, We have had very little feedback or no feedback from them. <br> <br> We always have to phone them and ask what is happening with the generator and how long we will need to wait to have it back.<br> <br> Complete lack of service or willingness to have the problem resolved.<br> <br>
