Good stuff

Sent an email to them, asking if there was a problem with one of their body creams, as I had not been able to find any locally.

They rep**** immediately and said that they would send a jar for me to use until it was back in the shops.

I received a parcel about 10 days later, with the cream and several other products they produce, all free for my use - even their own sanitiser - which I didn't know they made. Just want to say thank you for your very prompt and generous response. The products are also now back in the chemist.
