Unprofessional and ********* business

I sent through a request for banners, sent through artwork and made payment. I was assured that it would be ready 3 days later which was the Wednesday, I needed it by the Thursday as my event was over the weekend.

Unfortunately after the payment was made all communication stopped, they then told me that my flyer was ready on the Saturday...after my event!

I was then met with aggression by one of the people on the phone saying they don’t refund after printing! Now I’m not sure who is going to use banners that were printed for an event that’s already over but R1200 is a lot of money to lose! Furthermore the rude and unprofessional behavior is absolutely appalling. I will have to go in person to collect my money, but after the ************ it will be interesting to see how that plays out!

Disgusting!
