Disappointed customer

After a year and half of sitting on the floor was very excited to buy a new lounge suits and tv stand after receiving the lounge I noticed how bad the stitching was and blank broken so I informed the furniture shop and spoke to a guy whom informed me he sent a new one after a week it came and just to see same it's broken,torn and staples showing after waiting till 9 o'clock at night he said he will refund me now the next morning he is completely ignoring me not answering me .it's disgusting to see people whom say they are business people to be like this I don't want this stuff I want money back.
