I booked a vacation on the 24th of May for 16th-18th of August. I was supposed to pay cash upon my arrival and to my surprise the deducted R4500 from my account. I canceled immediately, and gave them a call, the guy told me to call on Monday and when I did they told me to call on Tuesday. On Tuesday they asked for my bank details and said I will get my money within 3 days. They promised to send proof of the refund but they never did. Please help me
