Very bad service at Good Knight Bedding Kolonnade Retail

Battling for 2 and half months to get Good Knight Bedding to sort out over faulty mattrass. They finally collected the mattrass, which was two weeks ago. Just to tell us the mattrass was only collected from their store at Kolonnade Retail yesterday, 14 July 2023 at 19h30 to be taken to the factory to be fixed.

I have never experienced such bad service. And the stories will continue, still waiting for feedback.
