Unprofessional

I've bought a bed from them the branch in secunda was help very nice until there was something wrong with the bed just with the first four months of purchasing the bed contacted the shop waited for the inspection to be done it was done in November. as on inspection I told the inspector it's not the base but he went out of my house stating it's the base and was told I must wait for a new base.... November I phned the shop and I was told the factory is opening only in January I told them OK I'll wait cause the factory is closed.... Nevertheless in January I phned again to asked what was the hold up that was mid January 2 eks or so the delivered the base and was advise if the bed is still making another sound I must inform them I said OK thank tou knowing all to well its the mattress that's making the sound fast forward to Feb the shop gave us a call they will send someone to come and do inspection within 2wks time I said sounds good 2wks have past still nothing I contacted them on the 20th asking them when will inspection take place because it's past 2wks now the following morning they phoned they will be collecting the bed and provide a refund in other words give my money back I ask them what happened to the msg I got on the 20th stated that you will be replacing the mattress with no inspection they could answer I demand a answer from management level because I couldnt get a hold of the salesperson when they eventually gave the phned to the person who sold the bed to us se was rude going on telling me I must give the driver the bed back... I asked y she couldnt answer... With me looking for answers eventually the manager jst as rude and unprofessional as he's staff told me he wants his bed I said OK when will the refund take place he said they will have to do a eft they don't knw how long it will take I told the manager who was a man over the phne I first wnt to see the money in my account before I give the driver the bed... They were still going on and than the driver told me no it's fine they will wait u till I get the money then they will come in and take the bed with my permission...
