Not a good nights sleep.

I purchased a double bed mattress (23/07/19) from their Dream range but a wrong mattress was supp**** on the 24/07/19. I contacted them and was promised that the correct mattress would be supp**** on Thursday 25/07/19, this did not happen. I tried making contact with them several times on Thursday about the exchange but nobody rep**** to any of my messages. When I contacted them again on Friday (26/07/19) I was informed that they were out of stock and would only be able to supply next week. I jokingly said that they are con-artists to which he took umbrage and said I must not call them con-artist and they would come and collect the mattress which he now said was a more expensive mattress. I told him to collect it and bring my cash when they collect the mattress. I am still waiting for them to collect.
