I notice about 6 months ago that my mattress that I bought on the 24/11/2021 is sagging. It is now so serious that it aggravated my hips and that’s for me very difficult to sleep. My hips and legs are in pain. Can you please follow up so that we can rectify the problem. Please see photos below.
