Good Knight Bedding Poor after sales service

I wish I read reviews before purchasing 2 beds at the Blackheath branch. The Sales person was great, however, not even 2mnths after the 1 bed base starting creaking and mattress sagging. 2yr guarantee and 15yr warrantee.. Sales person advised to WhatsApp owner which I did. 1st reply after days he asked for my area. 2nd message sent after month, read and no reply. I support local manufacturers but this experience just leaves a bitter taste. I would recommend purchasing from a reputable store! Sad
