Good Knight Bedding

Bought a Weight Master bedset on the 14/10/23 by Good Knight Bedding on 41 Nelson Mandela Drive Potchefstroom for R5000. Was told it's a good bedset. But after a few days discovered the mattress is very hard. Spoke to the owner who then suggested he will collect it and give us the Orthopedic pocket support he had in the store. We then had to pay a extra R600. That was on the 27/10/23. We have tried contacting the owner a week ago as we having issues with the mattress as it's sagging on the side and end. We were told that the mattress was manufactured in 2019 and was sold to us as a return from a previous customer. We were told that it can be taken to their factory and fixed but we liable for the cost. So firstly why should we pay for repairs when we were told it's a brand new item but had dirty marks on it as well. All I want is that the product get replaced with a new mattress or my money back. We really had a raw deal as we have no knowledge of the insight of bed selling we took the owners word as he told us its a good buy. All I'm saying is honor your sale and do the right thing. We were not aware that he sold his business now we given the run around and told to speak to the CEO, we did not do business with the CEO. He also moved to Johannesburg, so now we are left with the new owner who doesn't want to take any responsibility as he says he did not sell us the bedset. So please be very aware when purchasing any bedset from Good Knight Bedding as their after service sucks. Very very disappointed and disgusted in how we were treated. Didn't expect this as we from CT and was told the are a good company. They also manufacture their own beds. So please all I'm asking is for them to is to take responsibility for their actions. We pensioners and had to save to get the money to purchase the bed. Didn't expect this bad service.
