GOOD KNIGHT BEDDING. - CORRECTION!!!! BAD KNIGHT BEDDING.

Complaint on Bed Purchase from GOOD KNIGHT BEDDING Company in Meyerton Gauteng

1. We Paid for a Super King bed set in store on 27 March 2023.

2. We were promised that delivery will take place within 3 days of payment.

3. I called to follow-up on the delivery of my bed on 29 March 2023. I was told that the truck was late, but later in the conversation was told that the mattress was faulty and was sent back to the factory even though the base was already in the shop.

4. On the 5th of April 2023 my husband received a call to come and collect the bed set.

5. On 6 April 2023 I called the shop and said that the base set is flawed!!! That the mattress is skew and that it is ROCK hard.

6. We were told that the base set should be turned to face the wall to not show the flawed material or stitching!!! The manager said to give the mattress 2 days, then the skew mattress will straighten by itself.

7. Whatsapp messages and pictures to show the flawed mattress and workmanship.

8. We waited much longer as was promised, we reported the problems the very next day after collection. We did not delay.

We requested "Good Knight Bedding Company in Meyerton" to exchange this flawed mattress for a softer mattress.

The Manager "Sean" said that he cannot change the mattress as we slept on the mattress.

What terrible client service and bad quality bed set!!!
