Firstly I want to thank the factory manager John. He listened to my problem and went the extra mile. He manufactured a brand new mattress for me which was delivered today to my door. He also kept in contact with me regarding the issue. I sincerely appreciate everything that he has done. The problem was by a particular store but John went above and beyond to solve it. After service is always the main reason that gives any company a good name for the future. So if there is anybody who has issues regarding any bed bought by Good Knight Bedding do not hesitate to contact John the factory manager in Johannesburg.
