Good Kight Bedding sagging mattress

My top of the range Good Knight Bedding Hybrid Gel mattress with a 25 year warranty started to bulge and sag on the right hand side after only obe year. They replaced the mattress but after another year it is doing the same. I have contacted them twice but they have ignored me.
