Customer focus

First great service while the manager was there 2 days later went to inform that I am not happy with the bed was told that the bed in the shop is old and not the same as a new one,how can you then make a informed session on what to buy, was told I must first live in the bed for 4 weeks it will get better,the sales person interrupt me every time I want talk and find out more about the problem I experiance not great sales technique and not treated respectful when I want to report and understand why the bed that I tested and the one I bought isn't the same
