Bad Service

I wouldn’t recommend buying any item from this company. Poor customer service and a lack of respect for their clients. I was promised a refund in 3-5 working days and I had to hound them for my money only to be refunded 14 working days later. Selwyn Sales Manager at Stoneridge/Greenstone is poor at customer service. Zimbali Sales Agent at Stoneridge/Greenstone poor customer service and a lack of urgency. Rude and disrespectful. Refused to process my refund and told me that there is nothing she can do.
