BAD SERVICE

my fiancé made a laybye at one one of your branches in Bethlehem Freestate and only to find that the store had moved to Harrismith so I called the lady of which I believe is the owner or the manager by name of Charmaine who was very rude when I asked for a refund of my initial deposit she said everybody is waiting ans I should wait just like everyone,i don't need no bed anymore we just need the refund that's all
