Bad quality

The warranty is terrible. We logged a complaint 2 weeks ago and was told we will be contacted. No contact made to date. The mattress has formed a lump in the middle on both sides. We expressed how important it was for a good quality bed as I have had a back operation. Please do not purchase from them the beds are not as they claim.
