Bad Knoght bedding

I bought bed back in 2019 in Alberton. I really like the bed.

The bed has 10 year warranty.

The bed has been screeching lately and I made contact with These people four weeks ago. The lady that I liased with advised me that the previous owner just packed up and left without notifying the Franchise-none of my business. She requested for the slip which I no longer have but do have statements as proof of purchase and I do have the branding on the bed. The lady gave me a number of the owner of the shop by the name John.

John promised to assist me to replace the problem four weeks ago every week he promises to come I wait literally the whole day for John to have unending excuses. I called him today and he made sure he does not pick up.

This company has a bad, real bad after sales service.

Please do buy beds from them, but DO NOTE THIS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

When I check reviews I realise this is what they do to all customers. They create suffering after eating all the money… they make sure of this.

Absolute poor service is free from them. I plan on taking this matter to court if they don’t resolve this the mattress and base in the next two weeks. I am not playing
