Bad Knight Badding

Following up on the previous review.

dating back to 2019 when I bought a bed from this company. my issue remains unresolved as they ignore me.

John from Alberton shop is a "Bad Knight".

I have engaged with the "store owner", to assist me and he made commitments that the mattress is going to be fixed but they doing what they usually do fix nothing. the after sales service this business has is rather pathetic.

this business will put tags that their product has a certain period of warranty on for them to renege on this.

I still await John to send someone to fix the bed and the base.

If you want no regrets in with you money go to reputable suppliers not this one that disappears with service once you have bought. they have no 10 year warranty as per their tag on the bed... zero warranty I know ask me.

I have taken the decision to report them to the CGSO (Consumer goods and services ombudsman). if it takes 100 years for me to get this matter resolved so be it but I am certain this matter is not against me.
