Bad tree felling job

Vincent, the owner of Good Hope tree fellers was used to remove 2 palm trees. Whilst removing them he did not secure the falling stumps and one stump dropped and broke an above ground trampoline. He told me immediately that it was his fault and that he'd replace the trampoline. On the day that the replacement was to be delivered he just blocked me and ignores my calls. Poor business ethics and dishonest businessman. Do not use this company as he tells you that he's fully insured but doesn't take responsibility for breakages.
