Disappointed to say the least

I am extremely disappointed with Goodfragrances SA and their shocking lack of service. I placed an order on 4 April, and as of today, I have received absolutely nothing. No delivery, no proper updates just silence. What makes this even worse is that I have had to constantly chase them for information, only to be met with either vague responses or no response at all. The last communication I received was from someone named Katlego, who assured me that he would follow up and provide feedback and informed me in product was out of stock of which I gave a replacement, Since then? Absolutely nothing. No update, no courtesy message just complete disregard. My emails are consistently being ignored, and it feels like once they have your money, customer service becomes nonexistent. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Goodfragrances SA to think twice. Based on my experience, you can expect delays, poor communication, and zero follow-through. Avoid at all costs.
