Terrible service

<p>We booked two hours in advance for a collection with Good Fellas, had to wait 50mins for a response. Everytime we called to hear where the driver was, they kept saying that their seems to be a problem with network everytime they tried to call the drivers. Still waiting next to the side of the road and no help!!!!</p>
