Shocking service

After my booking was cancelled (not by myself), I had to wait for about 30 minutes after which I was told that another driver would take 30-35 minutes to arrive. I asked that I be refunded the next business day which was about 10 days ago now.

Thanks for the terrible service. I definitely won't be 'using' your services again or recommending them.
