Pathetic service from Good Fellas

I made an advanced booking with Good Fellas for a pick up at 00h30 on 1 January 2023 and it was confirmed by them which put my mind at rest knowing I would be able to enjoy the New Years celebration and that I would get home safely. However during the evening on the 31 December Good Fellas contacted me to advise me that they did not have drivers and they would not be able to provide the service that they previously confirmed. What an absolute let down and nothing but pathetic service from Good Fellas which put a total damper on my evening. Fortunately I got home safely but not without the risk at having to drive after consuming alcohol and without the anxiety of possibly being stopped at a roadblock.
