Goodfellas is a rip-off

We signed up with Goodfellas to use the service. There was no contract given just the credit card details were requested. I assumed it was a pay as you go service, i.e only pay when one uses the service. Instead we have been charged over R100 admin fee every month. For what? And we have been charged a R250 cancellation fee just to cancel the service. Having not received a contract upfront I find this very unfair.
