Good Fellas not such good fellas

Its clear that Good Fellas don't bother to respond to customer reviews on Hello Peter however that is their prerogative. We had the most pathetic service on Saturday night 23/04/2022. The quickest they were was accepting payment when we made the booking. In a nutshell 8 of us were left stranded without a sufficiently sober driver, which was the very reason we took the responsibility of using their service. We received a call from the driver who was having an issue trying to find us...on a large field with around 5 cars left and with its hazards on so that they could easily spot us from the entrance. The driver indicated that they were right near the stadium. We waited and there was no arrival. We eventually managed to get hold of a call center where the operator informed us that the driver had suddenly developed a "tummy bug"...this must have happened right outside the stadium where he told me he was and I guess the sweeper driver must have gone down with the same bug. The call-center driver was at a loss for words and offered to send a Bolt Driver instead but could only accommodate six. So now I was being expected to leave my vehicle on an open field through the night along with two of my passengers. At this point I am awaiting a call back from the company....Im not holding my breath. Never again, I have since been advised by a few people to use Buddys in future.
