First of all I called not having enough airtime and requested to be called back; the consultant called me back same time. Secondly I explained my problem which was of missed debit; he helped schedule one for tomorrow. The consultant then asked if I was still happy with my policy which I rep**** and thereafter informed me of the promotion they were running. I feel he went out an extra mile helping; it wasn't just the matter of him helping with only what I called for but he also informed me of what I was not aware of which could help me benefit in terms od discounted premiums.
