Appalling experience

Extremely terrible experience!! Made a booking for 11 to adhere to curfew regulations. They were more than an hour and 10 minutes late. Each time I called them the response was that the driver was 10 minutes away? Paid R500 for a lift that never arrived? When I told the operator that I was extremely unhappy and I want my money back he put the phone down in my ear.
