Almost 2 hours late ! (with 10 hours notice..)

My wife and I booked a trip with Good Fellas at 11:43am, for Good Fellas to collect us at 22:00 that same evening. At 21:30 we received a message saying that their "may" be a possible delay to our intended collection time. At 22:44 no one had come to collect us and we had received no further communication from Good Fellas. We called them at 22:44 only to be told that they are very busy and may require a further 45 minutes to allocate us a driver. By 23:00 there was still no clarification and I phoned again - it was only after getting very upset on the phone that I received a call at 23:05 and was told they had finally allocated a driver to collect us. The driver only arrived to collect us at 23:45 that evening - OVER 1 HOUR 45 MINUTES LATE. We booked this trip over 10 hours before and had to pay R500 for it. This was a terrible experience and we have no intention of recommending Good Fellas to anyone. Very disappointed that we were not offered any form of refund/discount
