Unauthorised Salary deduction

In January 2012 My Mother took a loan with a company called Blue Chip finance, and the monthly repayment started to deduct straight from her salary end of January 2012. The loan amount she took was R5000, she has been payment an instalment of R447.51 to this day. By May 2017 payslip shows that she have an outstanding balance of R1 171.83 to Blue Chip.

However As of May 2017 she noticed that there is now a loan amount that is outstanding on her payslip of R22 099.92 and an instalment of R447.51 is being deducted directly from her salary by a company called Swift debt collectors. we contacted Swift on 13/06/2017 and spoke to Supervisor Sharon Lochner, who informed us that they are deducting the amount on behalf of Blue Chip Finances, for a loan amount of R27 000 from 2012. I informed her that the loan is already being paid off and it currently has an outstanding balance of R1 171.83 reflecting on my Mother's payslip, I do not understand why another loan has come through as she never app**** for any New Loan

When I asked for Blue Chip’s contact details, she told me that the company has closed down and she is dealing with the lawyers that are representing the company. I asked for the lawyer’s details and she still has not sent them.

My Mother currently have two companies deducting the same instalment amount from her salary, for Blue chip ( one being Blue chip and the other Swift debt collectors) and no Information is coming forward neither can she get hold of Blue Chip to source the signed agreements of such loans
