Refusing to help my sick dogs

23 Dec 2013 my account with Gonubie Vet Clinic was zero.6 Jan 2014 I took my 2 daschund's for their annual injections.My dogs were in good health. On 17 Jan 2014 my dogs were scratching like mad and also scooting.So I took them back to the vet & he said that my dogs had a problem with their anal glands and they had to be emptied, this diagnoses was reached after blood smears,skin sc***** etc.After injections and medication I really thought that my dogs were fine,but nothing changed.I continued to take my dogs back & they just did not improve until the 3rd of May when a young vet examined my dogs & showed me that they were infested with fleas at the base of their tails,nothing not anal gland prob.I phoned Belinda(accounts) at the vet,I felt I was not liable for the wrong diagnoses fees,I then spoke to Alan, vet, & he said he would come back to me.I am still waiting.For the past 3 months my dogs have had ear problems,the vet has given me drops for them.I phoned the vet to-day to ask if I could please have some more drops,as they do clear up the ears.He said I had to settle my account first & then he would see to my dogs! why don't you understand,it's not about me, my dogs are in pain
