GonPay City of Joburg

COJ have started using them for online payments on their portal. I paid my Rates and Taxes and for 3 weeks the payment didn't refect. COJ were very unhelpful and insisted on a PDF Proof of Payment. As this was online I couldn't furnish it. I contacted GonPay Support and it took them one day to sort out. Thank you.
