She is unreliable and I need my refund

The decorations lady and her company are unreliable. We payed her in full for an event at Mekete Lodge, she only left her equipment without flowers, balloons and candy art without the candies ans cup cakes and she went away. We had to decorate ourselves, find a balloons lady, with one table missing... she really ruined my sister s baby shower, worse never apologized and now has blocked our calls and refuses to refund us since she technically only hired us her equipment and did not do the decorations we paid for. If it weren't for Mekete stuff helping us we would have not had an event
