Reliable, frinedly and reasonable: Thanks Gondwana!

I can recommend Gondwana Collection Namibia as holiday destination in Namibia. Not only are their facilities reasonably priced, but when we ran the risk of losing all our money on prepaid accommodation due to Covid-19 lock-down, they were very friendly and reasonable and helped us to move reservations to a later date. Their response could have been quicker, but one can understand that due to a flood of Covid-19 lock-down cancellations they had to work through all requests systematically. Gondwana Collection Namibia is an example to the tourist industry on how tourists that trust them with money should be treated.
