****MER!

This guy is a *****, and a ****mer. We hired him to do a house plan for us, and he asked for 60% deposit. And we paid him, when it was time to deliver he could not deliver, there was so many issues with the plan. And when we asked him to fix something, after he fixes it something else will be wrong. And he was taking so long. Then he started giving us stories about how he had to hire someone to draw the plan, which is something he never disclosed in the beginning to say he doesn't know how to draw plans. Then we requested him so pay us back our money, he just paid some of it. Months later, he still hasn't paid the remaining balance. When I call him, he gives me different excuses everytime. And now he even blocked my number.
