Worst

Terrible service, debited me an increased instalment amount without prior notice. When I questioned this via email, their automated message back said I'd receive a response within 24 hours, two days later I'm yet to receive a response on my mail and should they fail to do so, I will lodge a complaint with the ombud. Totally unacceptable in 2024. Really ****py service!
