Worst company to deal with

I traded my vehicle in and the dealership paid the day of my installment resulting in me having to be refunded my positive balance. I have been going back and forth with customer service and despite waiting over 10 days for my refund customer service refuses to put me through to the finance team for me to enquire why the wait. Its clear I will never be refunded.
