Gommo it’s a ****

Very Disappointing with poor service and rude staff at first they gave netstar my bank details without my concern to deduct from my account. Gommo is taking advantage of me they called asking for a proof of insurance which I have send 1st time and they rep**** on my email that it should be in a PDF form, second time I send they called and said they don’t want that I should call my insurance,bear in mind with my air time which I do not have Money for it. Ohky my insurance sended me again I did send to them showing it’s a comprehensive with my personal details and guess what still they don’t want that went back contacted my insurance, and they also took time to get back to me but finally they got back to me and I sended Gommo and still they told me they want that proof to have my car vin number and engine number . I was out of cash I had to borrow money buy air time and data to call my insurance to include that because if they don’t am scared that Gommo will deduct 500 in my account because forcefully they have joined me their car insurance without my consent . I feel like they abusing me emotionally because I must join their insurance which I do not want, they said they will start to deduct this month and I have my own insurance. I can’t afford to pay two insurances. Am tired of them now they telling me that they cover insurance should include the Gommo as a company. Peter please help because I can’t afford 2 insurances, and I do not want their insurance. I did send like they asked but they now making up stories vin and engine number .
