Forced insurance policy

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Just over a month after getting finance they requested proof of insurance, which I gave them when I purchased the vehicle. They have this clause in their contract if you do not provide proof they activate a total loss cover policy (not comprehensive insurance). I sent proof on the 11th of June and they still activated the policy. I told them to cancel the policy, but got a message just now to welcome me to gomo and they sent me a policy number. Now I am writing another mail telling them to cancel it and will attach a link to this review for them.
