Extremely Disappointing Experience

In my experience, this is by far one of the worst financial institutions I have ever dealt with. Their approach to customer service leaves a lot to be desired, and it often feels as though their clients and the challenges they face are simply not being considered.

Communication, support, and the willingness to genuinely assist clients have been extremely disappointing. When you trust a financial institution with your money and financial affairs, you expect professionalism, transparency, and, most importantly, to feel valued as a client. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering using their services to explore other alternatives first and do thorough research before committing. There are other financial institutions that place greater value on customer service and actually take the time to understand and assist their clients.

Very disappointing experience overall, and definitely not an institution I would recommend.
