Kindly call me ASAP as there is information that Philela Mt****shi is getting wrong. I am showing missed payments on my credit record when I had set a payment arrangement with you guys and you did not take the money due to your system error.

I called Philela on the 30th of December to ask what was going on and if they will deduct on the 31st. She then said no and apologized that this was not processed and suggested to me to get debited in January, this was not my idea.

I now realize it was already too late to log a deduction at that time which is why she suggested this. Now I cannot apply for any credit because I am in arrears and I need a letter that will dispute that from your end. Remember this is not my fault and I cannot be punished for it.

I no longer want to speak to Philela because she raises her voice when she speaks to me, resulting in retaliation.

Please fix this as its tarnishing my hard work. I am still awaiting a call.
