Poor service from collection consultants department.

Poor customer.er service from the beginning of the contract, I have sent them an email which they has acknowledged to have received it, however tye Collection Consultant advised that their management are always in the meeting, I think the management are lazy to allow the service of management to be rendered by a Consultant, as she doesn't have the ability to render the service and she does have honesty and integrity she lies., I picked that up while speaking to her.
